Privacy & your information.
This notice explains how the AIDAY2DAY pre-call survey uses information you choose to provide.
What the survey collects
The short survey asks for your name, email, optional phone and website, business name, service type, team and revenue ranges, lead response and follow-up patterns, admin hours, focus areas, stated pain, preferred solution and timeline. Optional client/job value and close-rate ranges support an illustrative scenario. We record your request-specific contact permission, optional AI-processing choice, private report reference and submission date.
How your answers are used
We use your answers to prepare a private service-fit summary and to respond about this request. A fixed internal priority score may be calculated from selected choices about timing, solution preference, decision readiness, lead follow-up, admin hours and focus areas. This is a directional sorting aid—not a close probability, eligibility decision, benchmark, or change to pricing. It is not displayed in your report, and no solely automated decision is made about you. Free-text answers, revenue, team size and business category are not part of that score. Information is not sold.
Optional OpenAI Dot processing
A separate, optional checkbox controls AI-assisted review. If you select it and the connection is active when you submit, AIDAY2DAY may send your name, contact details, business information, survey answers (including free text) and the internal score to OpenAI through the AIDAY2DAY inbox connected to its ChatGPT Dot agent. The purpose is to assess this request and prepare an internal, personalized reply draft. An AIDAY2DAY person must review a draft before deciding whether to send a reply. Dot is not authorized to send prospect email or SMS automatically. This option is not required to receive your report and is separate from permission to contact you about your request.
The website-to-Dot email connection is not active yet. A choice recorded while it is inactive does not send your answers and will not be sent later automatically; the integration will apply only to a new submission made after it is active. OpenAI processes information under the terms and settings for the connected ChatGPT service.
Storage and service providers
Survey information is stored in the website's managed database. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the site. If you choose the optional Dot processing above while it is active, the specified information is also transferred through the connected email route to OpenAI for that request. Answers are not available through a public list or public lookup. When you open an external scheduling calendar, that provider processes information under its own privacy policy.
On this device
After submission, this site keeps a random capability token in session storage and places it in the private-report URL so only someone with the link can retrieve the report. Survey answers are not placed in browser storage or public lookup endpoints. Treat the report link as private. Closing the tab may remove the saved token. Standard hosting analytics may collect technical usage information to help operate the site.
Your choices and contact
You may choose not to submit the survey. The Dot-processing checkbox is optional and can be left blank; that does not prevent you from receiving the report. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the AIDAY2DAY representative who responds to your request. You may also withdraw optional AI consent for future processing by replying to that AIDAY2DAY contact. Withdrawal cannot undo processing already completed or a notice already delivered. A dedicated privacy contact and a final retention period still need to be supplied by the business before public launch.
Booking and communication
A survey or application submission is not an appointment. A call is booked only after the scheduling provider confirms a real date and time. Customer email and text reminders are not active. A draft made by Dot is not sent automatically.
